Cancellation policy No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. BE SEEN HAIR STUDIO Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full service cost being charged to your saved card. If you've paid a deposit, the remaining balance will be charged. To cancel over 48 hours in advance, log into your account, select your booking, and click "cancel." No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If no card is on file, a payment link will be sent, and future bookings will be withheld until payment is made. If BE SEEN HAIR STUDIO cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded. We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out, and we will handle such cases with discretion.
